Track My Order

1. How to Track?

  • After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • Track your order on our “Track My Order” page or the courier’s website.

2. Order Status

  • Processing – Customization & packaging in progress.
  • Shipped – Order is on the way.
  • Out for Delivery – With the delivery agent.
  • Delivered – Successfully received.

3. Delays & Issues

  • If tracking doesn’t update within 5 days, contact us.
  • Address changes allowed within 12 hours of order placement.
