Track My Order
1. How to Track?
- After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- Track your order on our “Track My Order” page or the courier’s website.
2. Order Status
- Processing – Customization & packaging in progress.
- Shipped – Order is on the way.
- Out for Delivery – With the delivery agent.
- Delivered – Successfully received.
3. Delays & Issues
- If tracking doesn’t update within 5 days, contact us.
- Address changes allowed within 12 hours of order placement.
