1. Payment Obligation

  • Customers must make full payment at the time of order placement.
  • Orders will not be processed until the payment is successfully received.
  • Any incomplete or failed payment will result in order cancellation.

2. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in [Your Currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

3. Invoice & Order Confirmation

  • An electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email after payment is completed.
  • If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund.
  • Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless eligible under our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Payment Security

  • All transactions are secured using SSL encryption to protect sensitive payment details.
  • We do not store payment information. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in order cancellation and may lead to legal action.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

7. Late or Failed Payments

  • If a payment is declined, the customer must retry using another method.
  • Orders with failed payments will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.
